But don’t most venues have relationships with vendors I hear you ask?
Yes – it’s true. However larger, solely event-driven venues are not our target with this guide. This guide will be going to smaller hotels, pubs and restaurants with function areas. After discussions with several peers in the hospitality business, we felt there was a large gap in this area that could be addressed – to help function managers connect their customers with local vendors.
